PolyAI is a voice AI assistant used by call centers and customer service companies. We all know the frustration of calling a support line and getting an automated bot that is impossible to work with. In those moments, all you want is to talk to a real human. PolyAI's AI assistants can speak more than 100 languages, follow the flow of a conversation, and actually help users solve their problems.

Despite offering such an amazing product, the identity of PolyAI did not reflect the premium quality of their offering. To solve this, we created a brand that emulated the high quality and premium attributes of the PolyAI team and product. Their platform is best-in-class, and their identity needed to look the part. The logo, typography, colors, and visual language all reflect the brand strategy and attributes of being transformative, empowering, and clever. In the end, the brand is as sleek and premium as the product, creating the perfect look and feel to set the brand apart and succeed with ease.
